Step 1) Access your own dashboard: Log in to Roibos and access your dashboard.

Step 2) Navigate to the Support section: You will find it in the dashboard at the top right.

Step 3) Click on in one of the options of what we can help you with.

Step 4) Complete the form and click on Send

Step 5) Ticket Summary. You will see a summary about the Ticket you just opened to the Support team.

Congratulations! You have raised a Ticket to the Roibos Support team. Remember, you can access all your Tickets Status and information through the Requests button on the top.
