Key responsibilities:
Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure the correct set-up of client agencies on the platform.
Streamline the integration of new agencies, achieving their productivity in the shortest possible time.
Accompany the client from the signing of the contract until optimum production levels are reached.
Work closely with the sales team, leading the process of incorporating new clients.
Be the main point of contact during the activation of agencies in Roibos.
Organise training sessions to ensure effective client adoption of our tools.
Lead kick-off calls for new agencies, providing ongoing support during implementation.
Ensure agencies understand our value proposition and optimise their growth opportunities through our platform.
Oversee and report on onboarding progress, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Requirements:

You will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our current digital tools and products, as well as future projects. You will work closely with the CTO to ensure our users enjoy intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand user needs and behaviors to improve the experience on our platform.
- Design mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for existing tools and new projects.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure design consistency and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a user-centered experience aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain UX style guides and standards for the Roibos platform.
- Participate in strategy meetings to define the evolution of the digital product.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
